Construction Management Essentials Part 1

The course includes 15 hours of instruction and 15 hours project work:

Competitive Tendering (10 hours total) This module provides a comprehensive but compact procedure/process to competitive tendering.

Bidding Process and Effective Contract Management (10 hours total) This module provides a comprehensive but compact procedure/process to the bidding process and contract management.

Construction Project Management (10 hours total) The emphasis of the module is how proper planning and preparation is a vital tool for monitoring the actual progress of the project, with or without the use of specialized computer programs.

Note: Additional registrations to this course receive a $25 discount each.
